Service Description

Unlock the world of chess for your child with personalised tutoring sessions. Led by a passionate 13-year-old chess enthusiast, these sessions are designed especially for children aged 7 and up. With a young tutor who understands how to make learning fun and relatable, your child will develop critical thinking, strategic skills, and a love for the game. Whether your child is just starting out or looking to improve their game, this friendly and engaging approach to chess will inspire confidence and growth. Perfect for young learners who thrive with peer-to-peer interaction. Meet your tutor - Reggie Reggie is a 13-year-old chess enthusiast and has been playing since he was 10. He plays at Wymondham Chess Club and is part of the junior league. Reggie wants to help other children discover the exciting game of chess. For children who are already familiar with the game, Reggie can work with children who are 800 ELO or less. If you are unsure, please get in touch. Sessions take place in Wymondham Library which is a public venue. As Reggie is under 18, parents/carers are expected to supervise their child as necessary (there are lovely comfy chairs and tea and coffee in the library).
